“The Romanovs: An Imperial Family” (2000 film) (Part 1 of 2)
This well-made film portrays the horrible fate that happened to the Russian Romanov royal family during the 1917 Bolshevik Revolution. It details how Tsar Nicholas II was first forced to abdicate his throne, then he and his family were put under house arrest by the Bolsheviks under the guise of “protecting” them, and then he with his entire family were told to gather in the basement under the guise of a picture being taken of them, where they were gunned down by Communist Commissars.
